Thesis on topic "Methods and algorithms for measurement of interstate integration processes in e-government environment" discussed

Next scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS.

PhD Associate Professor Rashid Alakbarov said that the seminar was devoted to discussion of thesis, on the topic of "Methods and algorithms for measuring interstate integration processes in an electronic environment" of the head of department Gulnara Nabibayova.

Presenting the thesis G.Nabibeyova informed about  the goals and objectives of the work, the relevance, scientific novelty and so on. Thesis was composed of four chapters, key findings, 140 names of literature and two supplements. 11 articles have been published on the subject, she noted.

Associate Professor Rashid Alakbarov, corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of technical sciences, professor Masuma Mammadova, corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of technical sciences Ramiz Aliguliyev, PhD Zarifa Jabrayilova, PhD, associate professor  Alovsat Aliyev , PhD Bikas Agayev asked questions and put forward proposals on the thesis.

Later, academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the institute, academician Rasim Alguliev highlighted the relevance of the topic. The scientist pointed out that the concept of an electronic state is being actively developed in the modern era as a result of the introduction of new information technologies.

The reviewers on thesis - PhD on technical sciences, associate professor Shafagat Mahmudova and PhD in technical sciences, associate professor Fargana Abdullayeva said that fundamental research was carried out and the problems put forward.
