Gulnar Nadir Pashayeva was born in 1987.

She graduated from "Journalism" faculty of Baku State University in 2011.

In 2012, she got master degree on ‘’history of the press” at Baku State University.

In 2011, she started work as a journalist at the Institute of Information Technology.

At the same time she conducts researches on media analytics: current state, problems and development trends.

Since 2016,  she has been sector chief of  Public Relations Department of the Institute.
