On October 27, the next meeting of the FD.01.231 Dissertation Council was held at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS.

Chairman of the board, academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the institute, academician Rasim Alguliyev informed the participants on the agenda. The scholar said that the seminar was dedicated to the defense of dissertation work  on the themes "Development of information processing algorithms and software in the computing cloud environment"  on 3338.01 - System Analysis, Management and Data Processing  speciality by Ramin Samadov and "Modeling of the flexible production system with the application of Fuzzy Algebra Petri network”  by Shalala Jafarova.

First, the Scientific Secretary of the Dissertation Council, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Ramiz Shikhaliyev acquainted the members of the council with documents in the personal case of R. Samadov.

Then presenting the dissertation work the applicant R.Samedov, pointed out the urgency of the work, the purpose and the goals set for the achievement of the goal.

The applicant said that computing cloud technology, which enables the use of large computing and memory resources, enables the users of different organizations or businesses to effectively use this technology, and the processing of information distributed in this technology is one of the topical issues.

According to the applicant, the algorithm for sending a full backup of the system to the computing cloud environment was developed and algorithms were proposed to increase the resistance against malfunction in the dissertation work. The NoSQL database migration algorithm has been developed for data computing cloud computing from Oracle database. Also, the processing algorithm in the computing cloud environment of distributed electronic payments has been proposed.

Emphasizing that all the algorithms are based on experiments, Samadov noted that the obtained scientific results were analyzed and used in Pasha Bank software.

Then the applicant answered numerous questions.

Later, the scientific supervisor, Doctor of Science, Professor Alakbar Aliyev spoke about the importance of the dissertation and emphasized the importance of the topic.

Associate Professor Ramiz Shikhaliyev gave information about the dissertation and the autobiography.

The official opponents of the dissertation work - doctor of sciences, professor Valeh Mustafayev and PhD in technical sciences Araz Yusubov made a speech and declared that the results obtained in the dissertation were scientific innovation and voiced their suggestions and remarks.

PhD in technical sciences Rashid Alakbarov, corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of sciences, professor Masuma Mammadova, corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of sciences Ramiz Aliguliyev, doctor of l sciences, professor Mohammad Ahmedov, doctor of sciences Nadir Aghayev and PhD in technical sciences, docent Yadigar Imamverdiyev said that they have made substantial research to achieve the goal of the dissertation, and in the future have recommended further deepening of the research in this direction.

After hearing the closing words of the applicant, a ballot was held, and R. Samedov was asked to file a petition in front of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with granting a PhD in technical sciences.

Then the dissertation was presented by PhD Shalala Jafarova.

The scientific secretary of the Dissertation Board, PhD in technical sciences, associate professor Ramiz Shikhaliyev first introduced the members of the council with the documents in the personnel file of the applicant Sh. Jafarova.

The applicant submitted a dissertation on the topic ''Modeling of the flexible production system with the application of Fuzzy Algebra Petri network” and highlighted the issues identified for achieving its relevance, purpose.

She noted that the purpose of the dissertation work is to develop modelling and algorithms for research of flexible technological systems operating in an indefinite environment with the application of non-fuzzy PN algebraic expansion.

The applicant claimed the modelling and research of mathematical methods in the early stages of automatic and automated systems operating in indefinable or fuzzy environments are key issues.

According to the researcher, the solution of the problems put in the dissertation is based on the mathematical apparatus, matrix, graphs, fuzzy masses, formal language theories, modern concepts and methods of artificial intelligence. Descriptive and analytical algorithms have been developed in the form of various expansion of the fuzzy Petri tract of the parallel process model.

Then the applicant answered numerous questions.

Doctor of Sciences, Professor Muhammad Ahmadov, speaking on the applicant's speech, emphasized the importance of the issue.

The scientific secretary of the Dissertation Board, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Ramiz Shikhaliyev gave information about the dissertation and the abstracts.

Official opponents of the dissertation - doctor of technical sciences, professor Vidadi Musayev and assistant professor Nazila Rahimova emphasized that the results obtained in the dissertation work are scientific novelties, noted the practical significance of the research, made suggestions and remarks.

PhD in technical sciences, Associate Professor Rashid Alakbarov, corresponding member of ANAS, Professor Masuma Mammadova, Ph.D., Professor Alakbar Aliyev, Ph.D., Associate Professor Yadigar Imamverdiyev spoke on the topic of the dissertation.

After hearing the closing words of the applicant, a ballot was held and Sh.Jafarova was asked to file a motion before the High Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for granting a PhD degree in technical sciences.
