• The Person, wishing to get the certificate, should come to the Educational Center 
• Addresses to the supervisions of the Institute with the application for certificate the knowledge under any programs 
• On the basis of the addressing the examination is appointed 
• The examinations are entrusted to the certified commission of highly skilled experts in the field of information technologies functioning in institute 
• Depending on results of examination it is given to these persons the certificate.
