Scientific and technological bases of antiplagiat systems studied

Head of the Department of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, Doctor of Technical Sciences Ramiz Aliguliyev presented his report for 9 months. He spoke about the prior research activity of the department.

Methods and algorithms were developed for automatic assessment of the abstracts, indexes were developed for assessment of the research journals and researchers, technological basis of antiplagiat systems were studied, a fuzzy hybrid model was developed to estimate the capacity of the staff basing on the information culture, he reported.

R. Aliguliyev touched upon research and scientific-organizational activities, publication of articles in research journals, and as well as international cooperation of the department.

The report was satisfied, questions and suggestions were expressed.
