The problem of intellectual management of human resources has been investigated

The next scientific seminar of department № 15 was held at the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS. Opening the seminar, the head of the department, correspondent member of ANAS, Ph.D., prof. Masuma Mammadova noted that for many years in the department research work carring out on the topic "Development of scientific and methodological bases for intellectual support for decision-making in human resource management" and " Development of models and methods for intellectual management of demand and supply in IT-specialists labor market ".

 At present, these studies have been completed and the relevant scientific-theoretical and practical results have been achieved, she said, adding that today's seminar is dedicated to the preliminary discussion of the dissertations.

Then, the senior research fellow of the department, Doctor of Technical Sciences, associate professor Zarifa Jabrayilova presented a dissertation entitled "Development of scientific and methodological bases of intellectual support for decision-making in human resource management", prepared for obtaining a doctorate in technical sciences. She stated that the main purpose of the work is to develop models, methods and systems to support scientifically motivated and practical considerable decisions in managing human resources on macro, meso and micro levels. She presented information on the objectives, the structure of the work and the obtained scientific-theoretical and practical results.

Then, Ph.D., Faig Mammadzade, gave detailed information about the dissertation on the topic "Development of models and methods for intellectual management of demand and supply in IT-specialists labor market ", prepared for obtaining a PhD degree in technical sciences. He said that the main purpose of the work is to develop conceptual bases, models and methods of intellectual management of the IT segment of the labor market. The speaker also spoke about the issues to be achieved, the structure of the case and the obtained scientific-theoretical, practical results, the conclusions of the dissertation and the published articles.

 At the end, prof. M.Mammadova spoke on the structure of the dissertation work and voiced her suggestions on the issues and recommended that both works should be prepared for the next discussion.
