The article by the head of the department of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, PhD , associate professor Alovsat Aliyev, “Development of the indicators system for the assessment of the inclusive development level of information economy”

was published in the "Materials of the 13th IEEE International Conference on the Application of Information and Communication Technologies”.

In the article, it was noted that the study of problems of assessing the level of inclusiveness of socio-economic development is one of the main issues of global and regional governance. In this aspect, the scientific and theoretical foundations of economic development are justified by the need for a new look at inclusiveness. New indicators and a subindex system were also proposed that characterize the inclusive development of society.

The article examined the issues of regional, sectoral, national and international assessment of the level of formation of an inclusive society and economy. 6 indices and 30 subindexes were proposed that influence the formation of the national inclusive development index. The methodological basis for assessing the level of inclusiveness and the corresponding methodology have been developed. Also studied are many factors that affect the increase in inclusiveness.
