Head of the Training Innovation Center  of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS Rasmiyya Mahmudova presented her report for 9 months.

First, Mrs. Mahmudova informed about the researches according to the action plan for 2014. The methods and algorithms are developed for the evaluation of the information culture of a person, and the development of a new fuzzy hybrid model was proposed by using multi-criteria decision-making methods for the evaluation of information and culture, she said. At the same time, the monitoring and evaluation of the education in a virtual environment, protection of children and adolescents from the harmful effects of the Internet had been studied and the results obtained, she added.

Note that, the Training Innovation Center provides the examinations in Informatics for the doctoral and PhD students all over the republic. Within 9 months 1232 students passed the examination, she mentioned.

Mrs.R.Mahmudova informed about the training courses provided by the center on various computer programs for the citizens basing on their requests.

Note that, Wiki-center is functioning within the Training Innovation Center, and the course on "Theoretical and practical principles of Wikipedia" was organized for the fellows of the institutions and organizations of ANAS, and their skills were tested and certified.

 The analytical brochure titled "Scientific personnel training (monitoring)" was developed basing on the  survey of post-graduates, who had passed the  examinations at the Training Innovation Center within 2003-2013, she emphasized.

The report was discussed and recommendations were performed.
