Presentation “Modeling in E-state” and “Problems of e-government implementation: existing practices and approaches” October 25, 2019 | 02:30 / Conferences, assemblies

Gunay Iskandarli, a research fellow at the Institute of Information Technology of the ANAS and a graduate student at the Institute Aysan Farajova participated at the sectional session on "ICT in Education and Scientific Research" in the 13th IEEE International Conference on the Application of Information and Communication Technologies (AICT 2019).

Gunay Iskandarli first presented a report titled "Modeling in E-State" and said that the subject modeling algorithms are statistical methods aimed at identifying topics from text documents. By using these methods to analyze citizens' comments, they can quickly identify the key issues that they are concerned about or are interested in.

The main goal is to improve the efficiency of the clustering algorithm and the accuracy of the subject modeling algorithm by improving the vector formulation of comments (documents) by offering an approach for analyzing citizen comments in e-state with the use of subject modeling and clustering algorithms.

Then Aysan Farajova made a presentation on "Problems of e-government implementation: existing practices and approaches".

Afterward, the presentation discussed and questions were answered.
