The monograph “Intellectual management of the labor market of IT specialists” was published. The author is the head of the department of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, corresponding member of ANAS, doctor of technical sciences, professor Masuma Mammadova. 

The scientific editor of the monograph published by the decision of the Scientific Board of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS is the vice-president of ANAS, the director of the institute, academician Rasim Aliguliyev, and the reviewers are academician Ali Abbasov and the doctor of technical sciences, professor Alakabar Aliyev.

The monograph examines the conceptual and methodological foundations of the intellectual management of the IT segment of the labor market in the context of the uncertainty of its environment of operation and the growing imbalance of supply and demand for IT professionals. Presents the author's interpretation of the concept of “intellectual management of the labor market of IT specialists” and the corresponding set of models and decision support methods for matching the supply and demand for human resources in IT in professional qualification, quantitative and qualitative sections on various levels of management hierarchy.
