The report of the research fellow of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS on "Challenges in E-government: Conceptual Approaches and Views" was published on 22-27 February, 2015, in the proceedings of "The Ninth International Conference on Digital Society - ICDS 2015" held in Lisbon, Portugal.
The paper studied conceptual and architectural basis of e-government formation, e-government concept, advantages of e-government application, monitoring of e-government formation and management, intelligent analysis of web resources, ensuring information security, e-democracy and e-citizen problems. The results may define research directions to continue the study in the application of e-government, especially in the context of developing countries.
