The Institute of Information Technology of the Ministry of Science and Education has published an express information bulletin titled “Problems of Software Engineering: Abstracts of Articles.”
AZERTAC reports that the edition features significant scientific results from long-term research in software engineering.
The publication notes that theoretical and practical research on software engineering problems has been continuously conducted at the Institute of Information Technology for over 20 years. During this period, the goals and objectives of software engineering, its development trends, and international best practices in the field have been comprehensively analyzed.
Furthermore, the Institute's researchers have developed significant methods and algorithms for enhancing software productivity, efficiency, and reliability, determining source code complexity, establishing metrics to evaluate software development team performance, and applying artificial intelligence technologies.
The express information bulletin covers 4 books and approximately 170 articles and theses focusing on current scientific challenges in software engineering. A significant portion of these research results has been published in prestigious, high-impact international journals, reaching a wide audience.
The scientific editor of the publication is Associate Professor Shafagat Mahmudova, PhD in Technical Sciences.
This new publication serves as a valuable scientific resource for researchers, educators, students, and ICT professionals working in software engineering, artificial intelligence systems, big data, and information security.
