Employees of the Institute of Information Technology visit recreation center after semi-annual reports

As previously mentioned, semi-annual report meetings of the institute's structural divisions were held. After the discussion of the reports concluded, trips to the Guba and Khachmaz regions were organized with the support of the institute's leadership and the Trade Union Committee to arrange leisure activities for the staff.

So, a group of the institute's employees visited the Shahdag Guba & Truskavets Medical Sanatorium. As part of the itinerary, participants had the opportunity to benefit from wellness therapies at the sanatorium and relax in the fresh mountain air. Additionally, to ensure effective leisure time for the staff, excursions to the prominent and historical landmarks of the Guba region were arranged, allowing them to closely explore the area's rich nature, tourism potential, and cultural heritage.

During the trip, various activities were also held to foster a pleasant recreational atmosphere among the staff. Participants emphasized that such initiatives significantly contribute to boosting employee motivation, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and fostering an effective working environment within the team.

At the same time, some of the institute's employees visited the “Education” Recreation Center in the Khachmaz region. As part of the visit, the staff enjoyed opportunities to relax in a natural setting and spend their leisure time productively.

It should be noted that the institute plans to continue implementing measures aimed at enhancing the social welfare of its employees.
