Institute researchers’ paper was published in Scopus-indexed journal

A scientific article co-authored by Shakir Mehdiyev, chief engineer at the Institute of Information Technology of the Ministry of Science and Education, and Tahmasib Fataliyev, chief specialist at the institute, has been published in the journal "The Beijing International Review of Education".

The article titled “Assessing Digital Transformation Readiness in Science and Education: Towards an Integrated Science-Education-Society Ecosystem” states that the digital transformation of science and education presents complex challenges related to technological integration, institutional adaptation, governance coherence, and human capital development.

It should be noted that the journal "The Beijing International Review of Education" is indexed in the prestigious international scientific database Scopus.
