The problems of Scientometrics, text mining and social network analysis are studied

An action plan of the Department No. 13 of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS for 2015 was discussed. The head of department, Dr. Ramiz Aliguliyev presented the plan and spoke about scientific-theoretical problems of information technology and information society formation, and about the development of effective methods.

Dr. Aliguliyev noted that the indices would be developed for the  evaluation of scientific activity, and scientific-practical and technological bases of anti-plaigiat systems would be researched.

He also talked about the researches to be conducted on Big Data, knowledge detection, analysis and management of social network, identification areas of the dynamic objects.

Mr. Aliguliyev noted that the employees would take part at the international and national scientific conferences and events, and publish articles in the scientific journals included into scientific databases, such as Scopus, Compendex, ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, DBLP, as well as into the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other countries.

The report was discussed, and the questions were answered.
