Institute researcher awarded a certificate as a keynote speaker at an international conference

Dr. Fargana Abdullayeva, senior researcher at the Institute of Information Technology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Associate Professor, was awarded a certificate in recognition of her outstanding contribution as a keynote speaker at the International Conference on Engineering Technologies (ICENTE 2025), held in Konya, Turkey, from November 20 to 22, 2025.

At the conference, Fargana Abdullayeva spoke on “Cyber Security Issues of Cloud Systems and Their Solutions,” emphasizing the strategic significance of cloud technologies, a key component of digital transformation, for ensuring national cybersecurity and digital sovereignty. She stressed that traditional cyberattack detection methods are ineffective in modern cloud systems and that new approaches are required to address this challenge. The researcher also provided detailed information on the models and methods developed to address the aforementioned problems.

F. Abdullayeva noted that the methods were tested on international standard databases and showed superior results compared to the best existing methods.
