Academician Rasim Alguliyev stated that artificial intelligence technologies have become a decisive force in the development strategies of modern states. The scholar noted that at the current stage of accelerating digital transformation in Azerbaijan, the formation of a national data ecosystem is of strategic importance for the country’s innovative growth.
