Several research papers submitted to the 6th International Conference on Problems of Cybernetics and Informatics (PCI 2025) have been successfully published in the prestigious IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
The published works in the IEEE Xplore database include the paper "Smart Orchestration of Sucker Rod Pumps in Low-Production Wells," co-authored by Academician Rasim Alguliyev, Vice-President of ANAS and Director General of the Institute of Information Technology; Chief Engineer Shakir Mehdiyev; and Fargana Abdullayeva, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor.
The article titled "Application of a Smart OLAP System in a Digital Government Environment," authored by the head of the institute's department, PhD in Technical Sciences Gulnara Nabibayova, was also included in the database.
Furthermore, the paper "Application of Data Mining Methods for Assessing the Knowledge of University Students," co-authored by Associate Professor Firudin Agayev, PhD in Technical Sciences and Head of the Institute's Department, along with institute employees Gulаra Mammadova, Rana Malikova, and Lala Zeynalova, as well as the research "A Taxonomy of Deep Learning Models Based on Clustering Techniques" by Leyla Mammadova, a dissertator of the institute, has been placed on the IEEE Xplore platform.
The papers are expected to be indexed in the Scopus database in addition to IEEE Xplore.
