Institute's senior researcher's study published in Springer Conference Proceedings

The article by Shafagat Mahmudova, PhD in Technology, an Associate Professor, and a senior researcher at the Institute of Information Technology under the Ministry of Science and Education, has been published in the Springer proceedings of the International Symposium on Unmanned Systems: Artificial Intelligence, Design & Efficiency (ISUDEF24).

A conference proceeding titled “Algorithm development for software optimization using ANT” detailed the various technologies, methods, and algorithms employed in the development of high-quality software systems.

The study focused on the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm, which belongs to the field of biomimetics and stands as one of the most effective polynomial-time algorithms for finding approximate solutions. The algorithm was highlighted for its ability to increase software efficiency, optimize systems, and solve analogous route search problems in graphs.

Calculations based on the scientific results obtained yielded satisfactory outcomes.

It is noteworthy that the conference proceedings are indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus scientific databases. ‎
