As it is known, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on the "Establishment of the Presidential Award for Youth" on July 2, 2013 to implement the "Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015" State Program, to promote achievements of the youth in cultural activities, including literature and the arts, education and public service sectors.
In this regard, on September 26, 2014, the order was signed on the determination of the research fellows of ANAS to be nominated for the "Presidential Award for Youth". The nominations shall be presented to the Presidium of ANAS by October 30, 2014.
By the decision of the Scientific Board of the Institute, a member of the Board for Young Scientists and Specialists, Head of Sector, PhD in engineering Nigar Ismayilova was nominated for the award at the assembly held on October 30, 2014.
Nigar Ismailova defended dissertation on the "Study of a class of smooth belonging functions for fuzzy systems and their application at recognition systems". Her articles and papers have been published in "International Journal of Automation and Information Sciences" and "Automatic Control and Computer Sciences". The issues solved in the thesis have been discussed at international conferences and symposia held in Italy, Lithuania, Belarus, Turkey, Kazakhstan. She made speech at INISTA Symposium, 24th Mini Euro, PRIP’11 and other conferences. She speaks English and Russian fluently.
Currently, she is a head of Bibliometrics sector of E-library Center.
She is married and has one child.
