"Fundamentals of the theory of elasticity, plasticity and creeping" textbook published

"Fundamentals of the theory of elasticity, plasticity and creeping" textbook was published by the head of the Department of Resistance of Materials of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Professor Ismayil Sadigov.

The book, approved by the relevant order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, consists of three sections: “Theory of Elasticity”, “Fundamentals of the Theory of Plasticity” and “Fundamentals of the Theory of Creeping”.

The article provides information about the subject, basic concepts and hypotheses of the foundations of the theory of elasticity and plasticity. In the introductory part of the textbook, which gives a brief overview of the history of the theory, the differences between theories and objects studied by theories are examined.

The publication is intended for students, doctoral students, university professors and engineers working in various fields.
