The world's first flying machine went on sale

Company PAL-V International B.V. from Holland at the annual event, Miami Art Week demonstrated a prototype of the world's first flying car Pioneer Personal Air Landing Vehicle.

According to  ferra.ru, the car is a combination of elements of a car and a helicopter. It is noteworthy that the device operates on standard gasoline. As for speed, a flying car can accelerate to 161 km / h on the ground, while in the air it can reach 322 km / h.

“The gyro principle not only allowed us to create an easy-to-operate and safe car, but also to make it compact and fit into the existing legal requirements,” said Mike Stekelenburg, chief engineer of PAL-V.

Despite the fact that the device will be released only in 2021, the company has already managed to accept about 70 pre-orders. The price of a unique transport is 599 thousand dollars.
