The research fellow of the institute made a speech at the 4th Baku International Humanitarian Forum

Sector chief of the Institute of Information Technology Rasim Mammadov made a speech on the "New Media and Internet regulation problems" at the panel “Position and the role of the media in highlighting humanitarian issues of modern science in the context of globalization” at the 4^th Baku International Humanitarian Forum held at "Hilton" Hotel.

The emergence and the development of new media is based on information technology, especially the Internet, and this field requires the journalists, media managers, editors to be skilled in the field of information technology, noted R.Mahmudov.
