In the US, a teenage girl logged onto Twitter with a smart fridge

Kentucky-born Dorothy posted a message on Twitter using a smart refrigerator and other devices after her parents took her phone. This was reported by The Guardian.

While cooking, 15-year-old Dorothy was distracted by the phone, and rice burned on the stove. For this, the mother deprived her of a smartphone for two weeks.

In order not to lose contact with friends, the girl wrote through her cousin’s tablet, her portable Nintendo 3DS game console or the Wii U family console. Mother found out about this and selected access to the next gadget.

When the girl ran out of ideas with Twitter access, she already became a celebrity. Her last tweets collected tens of thousands of reactions, and the official social network account even launched the hashtag #FreeDorothy ("Freedom Dorothy").
