In the IT camp MTS, organized in the Brest region, today for schoolchildren held an open lesson robot. The lesson was held in the Kolos children's rehabilitation and recreation center, BelTA has learned.
The guys from the IT-camp had the opportunity to communicate with the robot, which is specially programmed to communicate with people, can read and depict emotions. The cyber-teacher told the children about the professions in demand in the future, the basic principles of robotics. He explained what elements the device with artificial intelligence consists of and how to assemble the robot yourself at home.
The IT camp brought together about 100 children from all regions of the Brest region. The participants were orphans and children from the regions affected by the Chernobyl accident. Schoolchildren who come to rest at the Kolos Children's Rehabilitation and Wellness Center and the Orlyonok and Salyut health camps are trained. Children are given the opportunity to learn the basics of programming and 3D-modeling, they learn to create websites, develop programs for chat bots.
