The book “Information law” was published, covering theoretical and practical issues of information law. The book is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Baku State University.
The co-authors of the book are the Dean of the Law Faculty of Baku State University (BSU), the head of the UNESCO Department of Human Rights and Information Law, the doctor of legal sciences, the professor Amir Aliyev, the teachers of this department are the Doctor of Philosophy by Law Gulnaz Rzayeva, the Doctor of Philosophy by law, Associate Professor Bahruz Maharramov and Shahin Mamedrzali, Deputy Dean of the Law Faculty of the BSU, Associate Professor of the Department "Constitutional Law", PhD in Law Aytakin Ibragimova.
Academic editors of the textbook are Professor Amir Aliyev and Doctor of Philosophy Gulnaz Rzayeva, reviewers are Director of the Institute of Law and Human Rights of ANAS, Doctor of Law, Professor Aytan Mustafazade and Head of the International Common Law Department of BSU, Doctor of Law, Professor Rustam Mamedov
The book widely analyzes the diversity of opinions on theoretical and practical issues of information law in legal literature, important international norms adopted in this direction, including the national legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and various states.
