Assistant Director of the Institute Mahmud Valibayov awarded Honorary Certificate

Mahmud Valibayov, Assistant Director of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Institute for his special services in the development of the institute and the 70th anniversary of his birth.

Academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the institute, academician Rasim Alguliyev congratulated M. Valibayov on behalf of colleagues and wished successes in his future career.

The academician said that humanity, hard work, sensitiveness, and care shown by M. Valibekov gave him great respect and sympathy in the collective.

M.Valibayov, who worked for a long time as deputy director of the institute, currently works as an assistant director of the institute.

M.Valibyov is the grandson of Mahmud Bey Valibayov, one of the first notaries of Azerbaijan.
