An action plan of the Education Department Institute for 2019

At the meeting of the Scientific Board of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, the action plan of the Education Department for 2019 was discussed. Head of the department, Ph.D., associate professor Farhad Yusifov gave information about the main activities of the department. Works on Preparation of highly qualified scientific personnel through master and Ph.D. studies, the organization of Ph.D. exams and session exams for master’s students, coordination of scientific activity of master’s students and Ph.D. students and etc. were carried out.

F. Yusifov gave information about the scientific activity of Ph.D. students.  In 2019, Institute has 22 Ph.D. students, 9 candidates for Doctor of Sciences.

The head of the department also noted that 6 master’s students are studying in the current year. 

Discussions were held around the plan, questions were answered.
