Advantages of applying Data Mining methods for managing the educational process investigated

The next scientific seminar of the Department No.10  was held at the Institute of  Information Technology of ANAS. An employee of the department Gulara Mammadova presented a presentation  "Application of Data Mining Methods for Managing Education Process". She gave information about Data Mining technologies.  Data Mining contains a great deal of useful and up-to-date information for making decisions in various areas of human activity, she noted. 

The review of the educational process problems solved using EDM, the study of basic EDM methods, the study of EDM application areas and the review of tools for data analysis are necessary issues.

Mrs. Mammadova talked about ways to solve Data Mining's methods through classification, regression, clusterization, association, consistency, and gave detailed information about each of these methods.
