How should the website of a scientific journal be developed?

Today, the next scientific seminar of Department No.16 was held at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS. A colleague of department Sarkhan Yolchuyev delivered a report on "Development of Website of a Scientific Journal". Previously, he noted that the types of users are various such as author, reviewer and editor in the scientific journals.

The reporter, who provided detailed information on the content of the articles, noted that this process was implemented in a consistent manner. He said that the article was first added by the author. The editor performs the initial look and the article is sent to the reviewer. Once the reviewer makes a statement, the errors are eliminated, at the last stage, the article is approved by the reviewer and the editor.

S.Yolchuyev also provided information about software applications, software requirements, online scientific magazines on scientific journals websites.

At the end of the seminar, a wide range of views was exchanged, many questions were answered.
