At the next meeting of the Scientific Seminar of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS the report on the theme "World experience of computer systems service " was listened. The head of department No.11 of the institute, Shakir Mehdiyev, gave detailed information on the actuality, strategies and experience of the world in this field. He noted that the development of science and technology, as well as in other areas, has led to the creation of new means of traditional technical information technology. Technical Service (TS) is a service area targeted at conduction and maintaining its intended purpose in technical systems.
Then Mr Mehdiyev talked about the possibilities of electronic service. According to him, it includes online uninterrupted service of smart service, automatic monitoring of resources, control of efficiency and efficiency of preventive maintenance, etc.
Quantitative indicators of the technical service include the time spent on TX, the amount and the cost of the spare parts, the quality indicators for the technical service, the security, the stability of the results, etc. reporter noted.
Mr Mehdiyev noted that 85% of the users' faults in the sphere of application in the world is caused by the failure, 12% of the equipment's failure, 3% of large-scale accidents and extraordinary events. He also provided information on economic models such as insourcing, outsourcing and autosaving.
