Factors affecting health in electronic medicine

The next scientific seminar of department № 15 was held at the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS.

The employee of the department, Nijat Huseynov, made a report on "Factors affecting the health of the population" within the theme "Development of models and methods supporting the decision making in electronic medicine". He provided information on economic, social, technological, political, demographic and environmental factors that affect people's health and indicators that characterize them. He said that human health varies depending on the living conditions and availability of resources. These include lifestyle, food security, material income, education, socio-economic policies, ecologically clean environment and so on.

The speaker also talked about scientific research on the assessment of factors affecting the health of the population, highlighting the diversity of health factors and the work done in their determination, as well as the proposed approaches and methods.

Discussions were held around the report, questions were answered.
