Preparations for the “Actual scientific and practical problems of Software engineering” conference

On May 17, 2017, the first republican scientific-practical conference on "Actual scientific and practical problems of  Software engineering " with co-organization  of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Education and  Institute of Information Technology will be held. For this purpose, implementation status of preparations for the event  was discussed at the Institute's Academic Council meeting.

The Presidium of ANAS decided to hold a conference on multi-aspect challenges of software engineering  in order  to  implement duties stemming from decisions and orders  of leadership, support  the establishment of a knowledge society, academician-secretary of ANAS, director of institute, academician Rasim Alguliyev emphasized.

Then, head of department, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor  Tofig  Kazimov introduced  an action plan  for the conference and gave detailed information about the state of preparations.

T. Kazimov also noted that  reports on theoretical and practical problems of software engineering, as well as, quality management  of software, its security and reliability, socio-economic aspects, legal and ethical issues of software engineering, web programming technologies, cloud and grid technologies in software engineering, Big Data challenges, software requirements, projecting and resource management and other topics will be delivered.
