The scientific and practical journals of the institute will be adapted with international standards

Reports of  "Problems of Information Technology" (JPIT) and "Problems of Information Society" (JPIC) journals for 2016 at the scientific Council of the Institute of Information Technology. Executive editor  of JPIT journal, leading senior research fellow of the institute, associate professor, PhD Zarifa Jabrayilova  and executive editor of JPIC , sector chief Rasim Mahmudov delivered the reports.

It was noted that the JPIT journal  to Google Scholar, INSPEC and Copernicus and JPIC journal were  included to Google Scholar and INSPEC bases. The members of editorial board of the JPIT journal  are 38 scholars, the members of editorial board of the JPIC journal are 32 scholars. 9 members of the editorial board of the JPIT journal ,7 members of the editorial board of JPIC journal  are well-known scientists from 7 countries

Also,  information about published articles and appointed reviewers, applications and the number of applicants for months to websites of journals, The dynamics of the number of applicants on the weekly, as well as, distribution of applications on countries made during the year  were given.
