Institute of Information Technology Employees’ article "A Fuzzy TOPSIS + Worst-Case Model for Information, Culture Using Personnel Evaluation Criteria" was published in "International Journal of Operations Research and Information Systems" journal.
The authors of the article are academic secretary of the ANAS, director of the institute, academician Rasim Aliguliyev, head of department, Doctor of Technical Sciences Ramiz Aliguliyev and director of the for Training Innovation Center-Rasmiya Mahmudova.
In the article hybrid fuzzy MCDM model for the evaluation of personnel was offered. This model was obtained from a combination of fuzzy TOPSIS and fuzzy "worst case" (entropy) methods.
