Today is the birthday of creator of "Norton" antivirus program

Today, is the birthday of Peter Norton, one of the well-known expert in the field of information technology. Norton was born in Aberden, Washington, on November 14, 1943. He attended Reed College in Portland,Oregon, graduating in 1965. After graduating from college in Oregon, he attented California University. 

P.Norton is the creater of programs such as "Norton Commander", "Norton Utilities", "Norton Disk Doctor" and popular antivirus program "Norton Internet Security". He is the author of "Inside the IBM PC', "Inside OS/2" and "Programmer's Guide to the IBM PC" books.

In 1982, he founded Peter Norton Computing with $30,000 and an IBM computer.
