The article of head of department Ramiz Aliguliyev was published "Cloud of Science" journal

 Head of department of the Institute of Information Technology, Dr. Ramiz Aliguliyev’s article with the co-authors of Kazakh scientists "Differential metrics for measuring bibliometric indicators  of  different science fields on ICT (Big data, cloud computing, information security, mobile computing, smart grid, etc.)" (Дифференциальные метрики оценки библиометрических показателей доменов ИКТ) was published in Russia's "Cloud of Science" journal.

In the article, differential metrics for the assessment of   the main  bibliometric indicators of  different science fields on ICT (number of articles and quotes) are offered.

The proposed indicators allows changes in the dynamics of bibliometric indexes that it is important to assess prospects in the areas of research.
