An article of chief project engineer of the institute was published in a prestigious journal of USA

Article named “Application Opportunities of Biometric Technology in Electron Libraries” of the chief project engineer, PhD Shafagat Mahmudova was published in the “Communications”  international scientific journal.

Opportunities and  perspectives of biometric technologies in e-libraries were analyzed, advantages and disadvantages of application of biometric technologies in libraries are investigated.

Note that, "Communications" journal specialized on communication theories, systems, methods, algorithms and programs is indexed in  international scientific databases such as "WorldCat", "AcademicKeys", "Electronic Journals Library", "Polish Scholarly bibliography", "Directory of Research Journal Indexing" and others.
