Employees of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS attended the IV National Supercomputer Forum

Employees of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS head of the department, Ph.D. Yadigar Imamverdiyev, sector chief Mammad Rashidov, senior research fellow Mamma Hashimov and engineer Tural Mustafayev took part at the IV National Supercomputer Forum dedicated to the problems of establishing and applying supercomputers.

The Forum held on 24-27 November 2015 was supported by the Russian Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations and Department of Nanotechnology and Information Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Plenary meeting, conference, exhibition, "round tables" and training, media events were held within the framework of the forum.

Ph.D. Y.Imamverdiyev made a report on "Big Data strategies of the World Countries" and "Prospects and challenges of Big Data technologies for oil and gas industry" at forum sessions.
