Development of scientific-innovation policy concept in e-health is the requirement of modern era

 Today the conceptual issues of scientific and scientific-innovation security of healthcare system attain vital importance.  Continuous analyses, evaluation and forecasting of information provisioning of the health system are of great importance in terms of the development of scientific methodological basis. For solving digitalization problems of the healthcare system, the development of conceptual approaching is a pressing question, head of the department, Dr., Professor Masuma Mammadova noted.

Introducing the report of the department, researches have been carried out in regards to the development of a scientific-theoretical concept of e-health, information security problems of personal health data have been investigated, she said.

Research works have been executed in the direction of the intellectual management of human resources in a labor market,   she emphasized. The reporter also spoke about the development of scientific-methodological bases of intelligent decision support in the management of human resources.
