Article "About an approach to the measurement of integration processes between the countries" published in Russian journal

Article "About an approach to the measurement of integration processes between the countries" by the Academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, academician Rasim Alguliyev and head of department Gulnara Nabibayova was published in Russian journal “Телекоммуникации”.

The article highlights the concepts as "integration of countries", and "measures of the degree of the integration of countries". The number of contacts signed between the countries and the number of international agreements is offered as a measure to determine the degree of integration of the countries. The article proposes an approach to projecting the data warehouse of OLAP-based decision support system of foreign policy. Here, proposed indicators are taken into account to find out the degree of integration of countries. The capabilities of decision support system regarding the calculation of some statistical approaches are presented.
