The article on the Developing the Model of Optimal Distribution of Memory Resources in Computing Networks by PhD Rashid Alakbarov Chief Engineer of Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, and Mammad Hashimov was published in the journal of Telecommunication, Russia.

The paper defines the condition of allocating memory resources in the computing networks. A model for optimal distribution of memory resources is proposed. The model is used in the memory resource virtualization and provides the use of resources without wasting time.
