Passing the entrance exams for candidates for doctoral degree' and authors of dissertation' candidate minimum on "Informatics" is held twice a year for a month: Fall term (from 01 January - till 30 January) Spring term (from 15 June - till 15 July)

• Candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation which wanted to pass exams during these terms must be registrated beforehand and take part in courses organized for them.
• Candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation which don't pass exam, getting bad marks, but taken part in the courses, can pass exams.
• Passing the exam twice, it was meant an extra-exam for candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation knowing material for Educational Program. The time for extra-exam is determined as:

               From 15 April - till 30 April

               From 15 Oct. - till 30 Oct.

• Entrance exams are held by an examination commission organized by the director of the Institute of Information Technologies, the Doctor of Technical Sciences R.M.Aliguliyev.
• Exams are held in exact days depending on scientific-specialty ways of candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation.
• Exams began at 9 in the morning.
• Candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation coming to exams must take their own personal cards.
• After the exams getting good mark candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation can take certificates showing their results.
• From the education centre certificates are taken by candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation themselves.
