• After registration candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation are divided into 4 scientific-specialty ways. There are 7-9 men in each group.
• Lessons at the Education Centre are in Azerbaijan and Russian

• Theoretical lessons are held in the modern equipped lecture rooms. Lectures are introduced to the listeners by multimedia projector. During the lesson it can be used all internet resources on-line regime
• Practical lessons are held continuously in modern rooms with computers, where each candidates for doctoral degree may use them. Local connection is also created between these computers
• Lectures are held by the specialties of candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation. At the same time these lectures are delivered them by slide-presentations
• Consulting hours are appointed for candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation to use modern information technologies in their research works.
