Candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation have to register in the Education Centre of the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS to take part in the courses organized on "Informatics" and passing an examination for the minimum of PhD. These documents were needed:

A letter
A form
A photo (colored, 3x4 sm )

• Supervision of science and education institutions must appeal to Supervisions of the Institute of Technologies of ANAS with an official letter to take part in the courses organized on "Informatics" and passing an examination for the minimum of PhD for their candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation. The letter must be prepared in a special form.
   
• Candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation - their names were written in the letter-must appeal to the Education Centre for registration. They will be given a form in the Centre. The form must be filled in and added a photo by candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation and given to Education Centre.
   
• The courses on "Informatics" are held by payment. This is for intensifying material-technical base reimburse wages teachers and their employees working in education field. Candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation have to pay for training there.
   
• Contract for payment was signed between Institute of Informational Technologies and science-educational institutions. Depending on the number of candidates for doctoral degree, authors of dissertation and their form of education (full-time, extramural and intensive) in the Education Centre Calculation-texture was prepared and sent to the scientific institutions getting contract.
   
• But candidates for doctoral degree and authors of dissertation which have no contract between their institutions can pay for training in cash, based on check in the Education Centre.
