Internet of Things is rapidly gaining popularity in the world of modern technologies and the most high-profile novelties of the year. According to research by Gartner, by the end of 2017 there will be 8.4 billion IoT-devices in the world, which is 31% more than in 2016. By 2020, this figure will increase to 20.4 billion. At the same time, IoT-technologies appear on the market - from smart home coffee makers to large-scale automatic production systems. In such circumstances, the players of the Internet industry of things are important to understand where it is better to direct their forces, in which segment of the market to develop and what to invest in.

From October 31 to November 1, Moscow will host a conference on "The Internet of Things". The conference is one of the most important events organized by experts from Google, Cisco, Huawei, Tibbo, and Rightech.

According to the expoclub.ru international exhibition portal, Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Center will be divided into 2 thematic blocks. The first block will be dedicated the hardware discussion. Here, the speakers will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing technology solutions and provide the necessary information for their efficient use. The second thematic block will be exchanged updates on the Industrial IoT and LifeStyle IoT segments. At the conference, the "smart" car, "smart" city, "smart" factory, etc. technologies will be discussed.

The program also includes an exhibition, master-class and startup competition. More than 30 companies will present their innovations at the exhibition, visitors will see the most diverse "smart" technology examples and will be able to get acquainted with their business principles. Then, foreign experts will conduct a master class on actual subjects of the Internet of Things, as well as entertainable experiments based on the Laboratory of Autonomous Materials. In the race for starters, young producers will have the opportunity to express themselves in the appropriate field.
