The following assembly of the Dissertation Board was held at the Institute of Information Technologies. The chairman of the meeting, doctor of engineering, prof. Masuma Mammadova opened the event. The assembly was devoted to the discussion of theses by Aytan Huseynova and Rana Gasimova in 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing".

First, the applicant Mrs. A.Huseynova presented her thesis on “Development of the models and algorithms to improve the efficiency of the Internet services provided to the group of corporate users”. She touched upon the characteristics, structure, and other issues identified for achieving the objectives of her dissertation.

She spoke about the analysis of increasing the efficiency of the Internet services at Corporate Computer Networks (CCN), state of the art of CCN, its efficiency and quality indicators, the development of models and algorithms for optimal distribution of web resources at corporate networks and so on.

Then sector chief R.Gasimova informed about the relevance and the goal of the thesis on the “Development of methods and algorithms for the synthesis of the intelligent monitoring system of domain names”.

The Internet domain names had increased rapidly in recent years, mentioned R.Gasimova. Analyzing the current state of the domain names the DNS security, and technological problems of DNS, scientific-theoretical problems, related legal issues were revealed.

Further, the applicants answered the questions. The reports were discussed.

After the final conclusions the members voted and the dissertations was reported to be in full compliance with the profession 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing" and was recommended for the next stage.
