Samsung held a presentation of new smartphones: it introduced the Galaxy Z Flip with a folding screen and three new versions of the Galaxy S20 with 5G support and a screen with a refresh rate of 120 hertz.

Galaxy Z Flip - the company's new smartphone with a flexible screen, the next generation of devices after the Galaxy Fold. Unlike its predecessor, the new smartphone when unfolded is almost indistinguishable from ordinary smartphones - when minimized, it turns into a small device, the shape of which almost matches the square. It is planned that flexible glass can withstand up to 200 thousand folding.

The device is equipped with a main 6.7-inch OLED display and an additional 1.1-inch OLED display, on which notifications pop up when the screen is closed. The mini-display can also be used as a viewfinder for the camera.

According to hightech.fm, sales of the device will begin in February, in Russia the price for the device in the colors “shining amethyst” or “black diamond” will be 119.9 thousand rubles.

Smartphones Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 + and S20 Ultra received AMOLED displays with diagonals of 6.2, 6.7 and 6.9 inches, respectively. Displays support HDR10 + technology.

The Galaxy S20 has two 12-megapixel cameras and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens, and the S20 + also has an additional camera for shooting three-dimensional objects. The S20 Ultra is equipped with two wide-angle cameras of 12 and 108 megapixels, and also supports shooting video in 8K quality.
