Dyson has patented wireless headphones with an integrated air purifier.

According to the World Health Organization, 9 out of 10 people on Earth breathe polluted air, which significantly increases the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, including lung cancer. Many residents of large cities with high levels of air pollution, therefore, use special cleaners and ionizers that reduce the amount of potentially dangerous microparticles in the air. However, they are mainly used at home, and they will not help from polluted air in the street.

According to nanonewsnet.ru, the design of a portable air purifier built into on-ear headphones was invented in Dyson. Inside each earphone is a filter that passes air through itself and delivers it to the impellers, generating a stream of air with a rotation speed of about 12 thousand revolutions per minute. The cleaned air is then supplied through an arc connecting the headphones to the front and forms a mask in front of the user's face.
