On December 3, a meeting was held at the Institute of Information Technology of ANAS, dedicated to the establishment of the first organization of the New Azerbaijan Party. The meeting was attended by ANAS vice-president, director of IIT, academician Rasim Alguliyev, chairman of the Yasamal district organization of the YAP ( Yeni Azerbaycan Partiyasi) Tagi Ahmedov, coordinator of the Yasamal district council of the YAP Khadija Iskenderli and Institute's staff.

Speaking about the merits of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in gaining independence of Azerbaijan and maintaining the traditions of statehood, academician R. Alguliyev noted that the New Azerbaijan Party, established by the great leader, plays a leading role in the country's socio-political life.

T. Ahmedov spoke about the history of the establishment of the party, about the unprecedented merits of the founder of the organization, the great leader Heydar Aliyev in the prosperity of modern Azerbaijan, about the contribution of the New Azerbaijan Party under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev to the development of Azerbaijan. He congratulated the IIT team on the creation of the first organization “New Azerbaijan Party” at the institute and wished all the staff success in their responsible activities in the name of Azerbaijan.
